fire safety for kids

Written in partnership with North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service this interactive CD is designed to teach young children the dangers and causes of fire.

The CD uses colourful graphics and quizzes to engage the children in the learning process and the program meets the requirements of Key Stage 1.

A certificate for each child can be produced at the end of the lesson or it can be incorporated into the lesson by asking the children to produce a fire safety plan for their home which, when presented, enables them to receive the certificate.
